Lignje na brži način

Sastojci:

– 800 g lignji
– 4 kašike maslinovg ulja
– 2-4 čena belog luka
– začin
– biber
– peršun

Priprema:

Na dovoljno prostran tiganj s poklopcem (staklenim) staviti očišćene lignje, posolite (začinite), pobiberite, pospite belim lukom i peršunom i prelijte uljem. Stavite na ringlu i kad provri, dinstajte 10-15 minuta maksimalno i lignje su gotove i mekane s puno sosa.

Da bi lignje bile savršeno mekane, ne otvarajte tiganj i ne prevrćite ih
