Ljutenica

ljutenica

Potrebno:

  • 3 kg. paradajza
  • 1 kg. ljutih papričica (loptastih)
  • 200 gr. ulja
  • 200 gr. šećera
  • 2 kašike soli
  • 2 lista lorbera
  • 20 zrna bibera (sveže samleven)
  • 2 glavice belog luka (sitno iseckano)
  • peršun i celerov list (sitno iseckano)
  • sirće po ukusu

Priprema:

Oljušten paradajz, ulje i šećer kuvati, dodati samlevene ljute papričice, so i kuvati oko tri sata (pri kraju dodati ostale začine) i na kraju dodati sirće po ukusu.
Sipati vruće i zapeći u rerni.
