Pijane kiflice

Potrebno:

  • susam
  • 1 žumance
  • 1 prašak za pecivo
  • 250 ml piva
  • 3 šoljice ulja
  • 500 gr. brašna
  • so

Priprema:

Od sastojka zamesiti testo, pa ga rastanjiti na debljinu od pet milimetara. Iseći ga na trake širine 10cm, pa svaku iseći na trouglove i saviti u kiflice.
Staviti ih u podmazan pleh,  premazati umućenim žumancetom i posuti susamom. Kiflice prvo staviti u rernu zagrejanu na 50 stepeni desetak minuta, a zatim pojačati temperaturu na 80 stepeni i peći dok ne dobiju lepu zlatno-žutu boju.

Kiflice po želji možete filovati sirom i posuti kimom
