Topli sendviči

Potrebno za 4 osobe :

  • 150 g kackavalja,
  • 150 g šunke,
  • 3 jaja,
  • 20 g sira ribanca,
  • 1,5 dl pavlake,
  • 8 kriški hleba,
  • 0,5 dl mleka,
  • so, biber.

Prirpema:

Kackavalj izrendajte, šunku isecite na tanke rezance.
U izmešana jaja dodajte kackavalj, šunku, sir ribanac, so, biber, vegetu, pavlaku, pa sve izmešajte u gustu kašastu smesu. Svaku krišku hleba umocite u mleko, i stavljajte po kašiku-dve smese, složite u tepsiju i zapeci u zagrejanoj pecnici.

Poslužiti tople uz pivo ili vino.
