Pljeskavice na kineski način

Sastojci:

– 300 g mešanog mlevenog mesa
– 1 glavica crnog luka
– 3 čena belog luka
– 1/2 kesice praška za pecivo
– 3 jajeta
– 5 kašika brašna
– 2 kašike ulja

Priprema.

Beli i crni luk sitno iseckati, pa sa ostalim sastojcima dobro izmešiti. Smesu ostaviti da odstoji jedan sat u frižideru. Iz smese vaditi po pola supene kašike i šnicle peći na vrelom ulju ili na roštilju.
