Piletina u kari sosu


Sastojci:

600 gr. pečuraka, puter, biber, so, 300 gr. belog mesa, kašičica karija, 2 kašičice gustina i skuvan pirinač.

Priprema:

Na puteru izdinstati iseckane pečurke i na komadiće seckano belo meso.Kada je gotovo dodati soli i bibera kašičicu karija i 2 kašičice gustina.Ako treba dodati i malo vode. Služiti uz kuvan pirinač.
