Sastojci:

6 jaja, maslac za prženje, 6 kriški ražanog hleba, 6 šnita suve pršute, so, kesica peršun lista, 10 g belog luka u granulama, kesica mlevene mirođije

Priprema:

Na malo maslaca ispržite prethodno umućena jaja sa solju, peršunom, belim lukom i mirođijom. Kriške hleba namazati maslacem, staviti na svaki šnit suve pršute i rasporediti pržena jaja.
