Piletina u pavlaci


Sastojci:

jedno pile (manje), 250 g pilećih prsa, 200 g kačkavalja, 2 dl pavlake, 3 jajeta, jedna kesica susama

Priprema:

Jedno celo pile skuvati i očistiti od kožice, kostiju i iseći (ne mnogo sitno). Tako pripremljeno pile staviti u tepsiju podmazanu uljem. Preko poređati pileća prsa isečena na listiće, posuti rendanim kačkavaljem. Umutiti 2dl pavlake sa tri jaja i preliti odozgo. Na kraju posuti susamom.
Rernu zagrejati na 200 stepeni i peći 15 minuta. Kad se ohladi, seći na štangle. Servirati s majonezom po želji.
